Low Carb and EASY Substitute for Cabbage Rolls.

I sautee garlic and onion, add ground beef, salt and pepper while chopping up (diced) carrot, celery(not much)). Add those while shredding a head of cabbage. Add the cabbage and simmmer all on low heat until the cabbage starts to give up its juice. I then add canned or fresh tomatoes, chopped, and beef stock (I have used canned, but with home made it is divine). I simmer it all for 20-30 minutes. It is simple but delicious!! I go heavy on the garlic. You can serve over rice or stir in cooked rice. I leave it out entirely.
